Dakota Dakota pretty much outranks everyone on Leviathan by being a cerine, but in reality she's an 'outcast'. Her physique is anything but strong, she's not a very graceful flyer and she's a nervous, anxious person. She might not have the strenght but surprisingly she posseses atmokinesis (weather control) much like a vemian. Dakota never showed any interest or skill in any type of physical activity, resulting in her being the odd one out of the cerine tier. Because of that, Dakota had a hard time forming relationships and friends. She instead found her love for literature and writting. She started working for different publications and eventually met Kalisto at a conference. Dakota was interested in researching other life forms and visiting planets, so Kalisto mentioned that they're still looking for crew members.
