This Earth is an alternate version of our planet. It’s quite like ours with one minor difference, it resides in another timeline. This story follows a young robotics and software engineer. He always had a fascination with artificial intelligence which, coupled with his education in software development and robot engineering, lead to a great business opportunity. After long years of developing and perfecting androids, he finally released a prototype of his new line of robots, which would serve as partners, companions or helpers. He simply named the line ‘Sympanions’ and sent it further into testing. After trial and error, it was finally released and put on the shelves. The popularity skyrocketed and in a few years, it triggered a new robotic revolution.
